DIY Inspiration: Rhinestone Clutch

I have a hard time feeling fancy in the summers. It's so hot and I'm so sweaty. All I want to do is wear Tshirts. Now that it's chilly, I can throw on my LBD and go on a romantic date. Obviously I'm gonna need one of these.
