Wedding DIY Inspiration: Personalized Robes

Brides have the harder job, hands down, in every respect except wedding party gifts. Brides have endless options and a great opportunity to let their bridesmaids know how special they are and how much they are appreciated. Adding a personal touch to a gift they can keep for a long time is a great way to do this. And let's be honest, any excuse for a cute photo-op is GOOD. I love the idea of personalized robes because they are super easy to make (you just need a cotton robe, some hotfix rhinestones and an iron) and you can be really creative with them. If you give this DIY a try, I recommend swapping terms like "bridesmaid"and "mother of the bride" for nicknames like "Carebear" (my cousin Carrie) and "Momthra" (Bridezillas nemesis). The funnier the better.
