Wedding DIY: Tulle Flower Hair Comb

Things you need for this DIY:
❂ tulle
❂ comb
❂ Zelda applique
❂ flowers
❂ needle and thread

Total time:
30 mins



So east and so romantic!



Cut five or six flowers out of your tulle.



Layer them



Arrange your applique and flower trim on top.



Sew it all together, then sew the comb on the back.



Done!

Wedding DIY: Lacey Cage Veil

Things you need for this DIY:
❂ veiling, cut 8" by a little more than half way around your head
❂ beaded embroidered lace appliqué
❂ two bobby pins or hair clips, I used these
❂ hot glue

total time:
45 mins



Cage veils are so un-fussy but really bring the drama.



Start by cutting out all of the little flowers from your appliqué.



Then stick one end of your veiling inside of the bobby pin. (If you are using regular bobby pins, you can glue the veiling to the outside, which will make it easier to put in your hair.)



Glue.



And trim.



Repeat on the other side.



Now artfully glue your little flowers all over the veil.



So romantic!

Wedding DIY: Stretchy Rhinestone Headband

Things you need for this DIY:
❂ tulle
❂ rhinestone buckle
❂ hot glue

Total time:
30 mins



Cut a strip of tulle 4" by the length around your head minus 2".



First, accordion fold the end of your tulle...



...and hot glue it like crazy to your buckle!



Repeat on the other side, and you are done!

Wedding DIY: 1930s Inspired Bridal Headband

Things you need for this DIY:
❂ tulle cut to 24"X10"
❂ rhinestone and pearl leaf trim
❂ Bella emblem
❂ hot glue



Perfect for your Great Gatsby themed wedding!



I happen to love hot glue. It's so fast and easy and usually works really really well BUT if you want to class it up a little, feel free to use a needle and thread.



Cut out two pretty little leaves.



Fold the tulle into thirds, lengthwise and glue your appliqué right in the center.



Then pinch the tulle on either side and glue on your leaves. That's it!

Wedding DIY: Two Tier Hair Bow

Things you need for this DIY:
❂ tulle
❂ a comb
❂ a bow
❂ hot glue

Total time:
30 mins



This is perfect for the anti-fuss bride.



First take two pieces of tulle. One 11"X5" and another 11"X3.5".



Take the larger piece and glue the center of one edge to your comb.



Accordion fold one side of the tulle and glue it down.



Then the other side.



Do the same with the smaller piece and trim off the extra.



Glue on your bow and you are done!
